Tribune Sues Fox Over 'RedEye' Name

Chicago Tribune Co. wants to give Fox News Network a black eye. It's suing FNN in court for trademark violations over the name of its new late-night cable show: "Red Eye." Tribune has a daily "RedEye" tabloid, a "RedEye" segment on a cable TV show and a "RedEye" Web site. The Tribune has a motion for a preliminary injunction and is set for hearing on February 26.
