Craft and home-decorating title Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion has jumped its rate base from 525,000 to 600,000. The change is effective as of the mag's July issue.

"Among competitive shelter titles, Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion consistently maintains the highest average price paid, as reported by ABC," said publisher Philip Penny in a press release. "We feel the timing is right to raise the bar a little higher and eliminate circulation from costlier sources with lower renewal performance than our core readers."
