Just one month before ABC is set to unveil its 2004-05 prime-time schedule to advertisers, Walt Disney Co. Tuesday announced a sweeping restructuring of the network, including the ouster of Susan
Lyne, president of ABC Entertainment. As part of the move, ABC Cable Networks President Anne Sweeney and ESPN President George Bodenheimer were named co-chairs of Disney's Media Networks unit, which
includes ABC, ESPN and the rest of the ABC cable networks. Sweeney was also named president of Disney-ABC Television. Stephen McPherson named president, of ABC Primetime Entertainment, from president
of Touchstone Television. Paul Lee joins as president of ABC Family from CEO of BBC America.
