Brite Media Buys AdverTickets, Expands Reach

Brite Media Group LLC, an alternative media company with offices nationwide, acquired AdverTickets, a hand-to-hand advertising provider based in Dallas. AdverTickets becomes the third alternative media company in the Brite Media Group portfolio, which already includes the BriteVision division, a provider of cup-sleeve advertising, and operates gas station pump top and indoor advertising networks. AdverTickets will operate as a separate division of Brite Media Group, and will continue to be based in Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed.
