Eric Greenwald Joins Virtual Tween World Whyville.com As EVP

Eric Greenwald has joined Whyville.com, the virtual world for tweens, as executive vice president of advertising sales and business development for the site as well as for all online properties at the parent company, Numedeon, Inc. Greenwald's main role will be to develop multi-tiered advertising programs that integrate sponsors into the continued expansion of the virtual world experience.

Greenwald joins from DIC Entertainment where he served as senior vice president of new media sales and marketing, responsible for developing the company's online and new media initiatives.

Prior to that, Greenwald served as vice president of immersive advertising and business development for NeoPets, Inc., the virtual Web site for tweens. There he developed a client base including McDonald's, Disney, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, New Line Cinema, Cartoon Network, Kellogg's and others.
