Ruling Ensures Satellite Subscribers Will See Super Bowl

A federal judge in San Francisco on Thursday extended a temporary restraining order that will allow EchoStar to keep transmitting CBS, MTV and other Viacom channels to customers until March 3. Another hearing in the dispute has been set for Feb. 27. The ruling ensures subscribers of EchoStar's DISH Network will be able to see CBS' coverage of the Super Bowl on Feb. 1.
