Bollore Boosts Stake In Havas

French financier Vincent Bollore has raised his stake in Havas to 30.54%. Bollore, who is chairman of Havas and already had a controlling stake, boosted his holdings by acquiring the 3.94% of Havas
owned by Sebastian Holdings.
