The Journal Register Company has signed a deal to use AdStar's e-Commerce platform and Web-based ad sales application for online classified ad sales at its newspapers, beginning with JRC's newspaper
in West Chester, Pa. It will expand to its other properties later in the summer. Leslie Bernhard, the president and CEO of AdStar, said: "AdStar wants to continue working at the enterprise level with
