Online job search company Monster Worldwide and eBay have struck a deal aimed at helping small business owners in eBay's network to recruit and hire workers. Under the terms of the agreement, eBay
users will have direct access to Monster's career tools and services via a button on the eBay home page. Monster banners also will appear throughout eBay's Web site. As an incentive, Monster will
offer special discounts on job postings from eBay users.
