E&Y: NetCosts Passes 40% Threshold

SQAD, the Tarrytown, NY-based research and data firm that publishes rates and trends on TV costs, Monday released findings of an independent audit from Ernst & Young purporting that its national NetCosts system now represents 40% of the $42.8 billion spent on U.S. national TV advertising expenditures.
