Publicis Group SA, owner of Starcom MediaVest Group and Zenith Optimedia Group, Wednesday reported higher revenues in 2003. Revenues surged 32 percent in 2003 thanks to the Bcom3 acquisition, Publicis
said. Revenues were $4.89 million in 2003, with a rise of 2 percent if acquisitions were excluded. Billings were up 30 percent.
