Nissan Extends Copa Nissan Sudamericana

Nissan Motor Company has inked a four-year contract with Fox Sports Latin America to sponsor the South American Soccer Tournament: Copa Nissan Sudamericana.

Nissan has sponsored Copa Nissan Sudamericana, an August-December tournament, since 2003. For the 2007 tournament, 34 teams will play from a total of 12 countries.

Nissan says the deal will be central to a marketing campaign for the launch of new vehicles and the introduction of brand image campaigns.
