Toyota's Camry was the most-researched car on the site, followed by three Hondas: Civic, Accord and CR-V. Except for Nissan's Altima, the fifth-most-researched vehicle, Honda and Toyota vehicles comprised the 12-most-researched cars and trucks.
Among domestics, Ford Mustang was No. 14, and Escape was 16, followed by Chevrolet Tahoe and Jeep Wrangler at No. 18.
The shopping and research site said Jeep Wrangler was on the most-researched list for the first time this year, with Honda's redesigned CR-V moved to No. 4 on this half-yearly list, up significantly from No. 10 this time last year.
