A U.S. District Court judge has dismissed a lawsuit by AOL against a group of Florida computer technicians that AOL alleged were facilitating spam. Albo & Oblon, the firm representing the technicians,
said Claude Hilton, chief judge for the U.S. District Court in eastern Virginia, dismissed the suit last on Dec. 24.
