The world's fourth largest advertising group - France's Publicis Groupe - today revealed plans to merge its D'Arcy ad agency network with other Publicis agencies. According to a company statement,
most of D'Arcy USA would be merged with Publicis USA. Also, D'Arcy Detroit would form a specific partnership with Leo Burnett Worldwide. D'Arcy's client portfolio would be redistributed "to the
benefit of Saatchi & Saatchi," Publicis said, giving no further details.
