Starz Entertainment has promoted 13-year vet Stephan Shelanski to executive vice president, programming, from senior vice president, programming. He is responsible for Starz programming across all of
the company's platforms. He will continue to oversee all programming for the company, including acquisitions, original programming, and on-air interstitial content.
