Location. Location. Location. A Michigan judge dismissed the lawsuit ex-marketing executive Julie Roehm brought against Wal-Mart for her firing late last year for ethical breaches. The judge said she
should have sued the company in Arkansas. Roehm is now deciding whether to appeal in Michigan or sue in the retailer's home state.
