praised new subscription video on demand services, like those from HBO, Showtime, and Starz/Encore, that “offer the 'something more'” that consumers want. With SVOD, consumers can access vast
entertainment libraries -- and enjoy an experience more akin to surfing the Web than watching “appointment TV,” Sachs said.
