ESPN Takes Vick Story To 'Town'

ESPN will air a "town meeting" next Tuesday focusing on the high-profile story of Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick and his involvement with dog fighting.

The event, "SportsCenter Special: The Vick Divide--An ESPN Town Meeting," will take place in Atlanta and air live on the network, as well as ESPN's radio network and on ESPN.com.

Much of the emphasis will be on how the Vick events have been perceived in various communities in Atlanta--and whether he will return to the NFL.

Longtime ESPN anchor Bob Ley will host the discussion, which will include a local newspaper columnist Terence Moore, who appeared frequently as a commentator on ESPN during Vick's court appearances, plus a New York Times columnist and former teammate of Vick's.
