Yahoo Inc. and Inktomi Corp. filed antitrust documents Friday as required under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Yahoo announced a definitive agreement
at the end of December to acquire Inktomi for $235 million. Either company may terminate the deal if it isn't completed by May 31, the filing said.
