Consumers in nine Midwestern states will be offered discounts on 16 Walt Disney DVDs on sale at Best Buy from Sunday until supplies run out.

The DVDs will all carry the Heartland Truly Moving Pictures signature award. The promotion will run concurrent to the 2007 Heartland Film Festival, which takes place in Indianapolis, Ind. from Oct. 18 to Oct. 26. Heartland Truly Moving Pictures, a non-profit organization, seeks to recognize and honor filmmakers whose work explores the human journey by expressing hope and emphasizing the best of the human spirit.

Best Buys in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin will offer the discount.
