Listen Here: EAR Awards Finalists Are Named

Clear Channel Radio has announced the 42 finalists for the 2007 Excellence in Advertising on Radio (EAR) Awards. Nearly 1,000 entries were received for this year’s competition. Winners will be honored and prizes will be handed out – including the Best of Show prize of $1 million in Clear Channel Radio advertising – at an awards show on Nov. 2 at Frederick P. Rose Hall, the Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center. Stephen Colbert of Comedy Central’s “Colbert Report” has signed on as special guest host for the event.
