DirecTV is in court--again. This round, it is charging Cox Communications' Internet ads with containing "false and misleading statements" regarding the quality of its high-definition TV service
compared with the direct-broadcast satellite operator's HD service. DirectTV hit Comcast with a similar complaint in May. The Cox suit was filed last week.
