Omnicom Group, the world's largest advertising holding company, and the parent of OMD, PHD and full service shops like BBDO and DDB, this morning reported a 14.2% rise in third quarter net income to
$202.2 million. Worldwide revenue rose 11.8% to $3.101 billion from $2.774 billion in the third quarter of 2006. Domestic revenue for the third quarter of 2007 increased 7.4% to $1.655 billion.
International revenue increased 17.2% to $1.447 billion.
