Rebecca S. Campbell has moved up within the ABC-TV network. The former president and GM of WPVI-TV in Philadelphia has been promoted to the same job at WABC-TV in New York. She'll have management
responsibility for WABC-TV/Channel 7, three digital TV channels, the online site and "Live with Regis and Kelly." Campbell had been president and GM of WPVI-TV since 2003.
