Home & Garden Television is placing added emphasis on consumer marketing with the selection of Donner as the channel’s agency of record. The announcement follows an extensive review of the account

serviced out of the agency's Detroit headquarters with first work expected in spring 2003. It’s the largest independent advertising agency in the country, with headquarters in Detroit.
