Demand for outdoor advertising inventory continues to outpace the overall media marketplace. According to estimates released this week by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, ad spending on
outdoor media rose 6.1% during the third quarter of 2007. The estimate is based on revenue figures are collected in aggregate each month by certified public accountants Miller, Kaplan, Arase & Co.,
LLP and used by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, in combination with other sources, to release industry revenue information on a quarterly basis.
