The CW has named Kevin Levy vice president of program planning and scheduling. He was at the CW predecessor, UPN, since 1998. Previously, he was a director of the department. The net also hired Justin
Rosenblatt as director of alternative programming. He was formerly at MTV2, working on "Wildboyz" and "Celebrity Death Match."
