Yodle has snagged $12 million in its second round of financing, led by Menlo Park, Calif.-based Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners also participated in the round.

New York-based Yodle offers small and medium-sized businesses local search and lead-generation services. With its suite of automated search marketing and landing page design tools, the company grew 400% from Q3 06 to Q3 07, opening offices in Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia and Washington, DC. According to CEO Court Cunningham, Yodle will use this latest round of financing to continue its nationwide expansion.

"What impressed us about Yodle was its ability to deliver a high and steady volume of quality consumer phone calls to small businesses in a simple yet reliable way," says Andreas Stavropoulos, managing director at Draper Fisher Jurvetson. "Customer loyalty to the Yodle product is higher than that of any competitor in the market we have seen."
