The sites will jointly encourage viewers to "Just say no" to holiday food binges through a new "The More You No" section, including tips from trainer Jillian Michaels and show nutritionist/chef Cheryl Forberg, RD.
Viewers will also find lighter recipes for traditional high-calorie holiday favorites, techniques to cut down on holiday overeating, smart suggestions for enjoying holiday treats, and strategies to stay fit during the colder months.
