Bellevue, Wash.-based Ascentium's services include CRM, digital marketing, Web initiatives, enterprise content management, systems integration, custom development and strategic business engagements. Clients include Boeing, Dell, Expedia, InfoSpace, Microsoft and Starbucks.
Miller.whiterunkle, with offices in Spokane, Seattle and Atlanta, brings to Ascentium nearly 30 years of experience in offline and online branding, media strategy, award-winning advertising campaigns, direct response, public relations, consumer research and multicultural marketing-with a specific emphasis on Hispanic advertising. Clients include Motorola, McDonald's, AT&T and Henry Weinhard's.
Ascentium president Jim Beebe said the acquisition "will immediately deepen our creative, interactive marketing and advertising services, while creating a national presence to better service our clients from coast to coast."
Based on current revenue projections for 2007, combined company revenues will exceed $55 million. That puts Ascentium, which has made Inc. magazine's list of fastest-growing private companies for the past three years, near the top 20 U.S. interactive agencies by revenue as ranked by Advertising Age in 2006.
Last spring, Ascentium, previously focused on the West Coast, began expanding into East Coast markets when it acquired Invoke Systems, a Baltimore, MD-based CRM software firm noted for its expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0.
