Since its launch in August, Virgin has expanded to 10 destinations, including New York, Los Angeles and Washington, DC, and the airline plans to serve as many as 30 cities within the next five years.
According to Porter Gale, Virgin America's vice president of marketing, it was Carat's "understanding of how search integrates with a broader on and offline marketing communications program" that moved Virgin to make the choice.
