Havas, the Paris-based parent of MPG and Havas Media, this morning announced a deal to acquire British media shop BLM Holdings. Terms were not disclosed but BLM is estimated to bill more than $400
million annually, and will be integrated with Havas' Arena media network. The consolidated unit will be managed by BLM chief Steve Booth.
