Amy Shea Joins Brand Keys As EVP

Brand Keys, specializing in customer loyalty and engagement measurement, has expanded its global brand insights capabilities with the appointment of Amy Shea as executive vice president/Global Director of its Brand Development Practice.

She had been vice president/research director for Ameritest, where she worked on global brand research for some of the world's top advertisers. In 2003, her team was recognized with the David Ogilvy Excellence Award for its work with IBM, taking the Grand Ogilvy and First in Category.
