Gen X shoe brand Candie's announced it has signed an endorsement agreement with Kelly Osbourne, star of MTV's "The Osbournes." She joins Ashanti, and Pop musician Vanessa Carlton as the company's new
spokeswoman for its fall national advertising campaign. This is the first endorsement contract for Kelly Osbourne. The ads will break in October issues of fashion, entertainment and lifestyle
magazines, such as YM, CosmoGirl!, Seventeen, and Teen People.
