Daimler AG's 'Smart' Division Gets Its Own Coffee Table Book

Smart, a division of Daimler that AG is promoting the brand via a coffee table book this spring.

The 248 page anthology, "Sideways. A smart art project," which ebuts during the New York International Auto Show in March, comprises work by over 100 artists in such fields as photography, illustration, graphic design, painting, sculpture, architecture and styling.

The pop culture book makes creative statements about greener modes of transportation. The book itself was produced by the Gestalten Verlag, a Berlin publishing house, in conjunction with Smart.
