Chrysler's Dodge division has launched a promotion called "Wave the Green Flag," aimed at getting consumers to vote for their favorite Nascar mom at the Dodge Challenger 500 Sprint Cup Race on Mother's Day weekend, May 10 at Darlington Raceway in South Carolina.

Consumers can nominate their moms to wave the green flag to start the race by submitting a 100-word essay at dodgeboysracing.com. (Moms can also enter themselves.) The winning mom and three guests get an all-expenses-paid travel package to the race. The trip includes pit passes, grandstand tickets and $200 in Dodge gear. The contest ends on April 13.
