Mediaedge:cia hired KARINA DOBARRO as an account director for the MEC Bravo division. She will be responsible for the Macy's Hispanic Communications Planning Team and oversee the Banco Popular, USPS and Land Rover accounts. Previously, she was at Initiative Media in New York and San Francisco, working in the Broadcast and Spot Departments on a wide array of clients such as Bayer, Elizabeth Arden, Burlington, Taco Bell, Disney and Home Depot.
