Yahoo's Harz Joins Electronic Arts As SVP, Global Advertising Sales

Elizabeth Harz has joined Electronic Arts as SVP, global advertising sales.

Harz has more than 15 years of media experience both in sales and general management. At EA she will oversee a global sales team providing industry-leading marketing opportunities in the world's most popular video games. She will be based in New York and will oversee ad sales across all EA ad vehicles, including static and dynamic in-game ads, Web site advertising,, and mobile games.

Before joining EA, Elizabeth spent the past five years at Yahoo, where she most recently served as the vice president of marketing insights. Previously, she was vice president of category strategy--responsible for Yahoo's vertical sales strategy group, which drove revenue through providing the right audiences, products and services for each vertical industry. Prior to Yahoo, she worked within the CNET Networks/ZD Net organization for more than 10 years.
