Euro RSCG Chicago has named JOHN MINNEC executive director. Minnec will assume some of the agency management responsibilities formerly held by ZAIN RAJ, who was recently promoted to CEO of Euro RSCG Discovery. Minnec most recently served as president of Draftfcb London where he was responsible for overall operations and client services for the office.
