SNAP Likes AARP

The Society of National Association Publications (SNAP) has awarded three of its EXCEL awards for excellence in online publishing to AARP. AARP The Magazine won the SNAP gold award for general excellence and the bronze award for editorial content, while AARP Bulletin received the gold award for editorial content.

Internet-exclusive resources, such as an online retirement calculator, were among the site's features that contributed to the recognition. Approximately 25% of the magazine site's content is exclusive to the web.The SNAP EXCEL Awards is an annual competition that recognizes the work of association publishers. A full list of winners will be made available following the organization's upcoming awards ceremony, scheduled for June 13.
