MediaBank, the Chicago-based back office system for managing media buys and advertising campaigns, Monday announced the release of version 2.0 of its A/X Web analytics tool, which eliminates the need
for manual data input and utilizes advanced modeling techniques to manage upwards of hundreds of data sources. The new system also incorporates Web-centric applications such as "widgets, dashlets, and
exportable elements that can sit on a user's desktop alongside all other applications." MediaBank is in a horse race with industry leader Donovan Data Systems to develop a new state-of-the-art
processing and management system capable of handling media in the digital age. Starcom MediaVest Group is one of its major clients.
