Interactive agency R/GA has launched a copy department focused primarily on creating a tone and style for the Web and other digital mediums. R/GA has named Ken Hamm as Copy Director. Hamm's
responsibility will be to create a copywriting offering that is specifically geared for the digital world, taking into account the attributes unique to that medium. Hamm will also build the department
into a robust unit, providing services ranging from branding, concepting and developing nomenclature systems to instituting standards for email and banner campaigns.
