Visitors to olivegarden.com/ can register to win a culinary inspiration tour. The trip includes an eight-day guided trip for two to Rome, Florence and Olive Garden's Culinary Institute of Tuscany.

To mark the debut of Chicken Milanese, on menus through July 6, Olive Garden is opening the restaurant's cookbook to guests by sharing an on-demand video tutorial of the dish and several new recipes, all inspired by Olive Garden's Culinary Institute of Tuscany.
