AGENCY.COM, an interactive marketing and technology agency, has promoted Don Scales to president of the company. Scales will oversee all aspects of operations and business development for AGENCY.COM's
offices worldwide, including itraffic, the company's online advertising division. Scales will continue to report to Chan Suh, chairman and CEO. Scales has been with AGENCY.COM since February 2001,
most recently as executive vice president, chief operating officer. As COO, Scales oversaw all aspects of the sales, delivery and development efforts for AGENCY.COM's North American and European
offices. Scales first joined AGENCY.COM as southwest regional president, managing the Dallas office. Prior to joining AGENCY.COM, Scales was the chief executive officer at eJiva, a division of Igate
Capital, where he was responsible for increasing revenues 225% in the first three quarters of 2000. Previously, Scales served as senior vice President of worldwide professional services at Exe
Technologies.
