New York City weatherman Dave Price has reached a multipronged agreement with CBS News' The Early Show, WCBS-TV and King World Productions. Later this month, Price will join The Early Show as the weatherman from 7-9 a.m. He will become the weatherman on CBS 2 News This Morning from 5-7 a.m. later this summer when his previous local contractual obligations allow. He will also work with King World Productions to develop on-air programming opportunities as well as appear on some of the company's existing programs. He has been weather anchor/co-host for WNYW-TV/Fox 5's morning program since July 1999. For the past eight months, he was a features reporter for the syndicated Good Day Live. At WNYW, he played a role in the station's coverage of the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the crash of American Airlines Flight 587. Before that, he was host of Good Day Philadelphia, morning weather anchor at WBBM in Chicago and had been a corporate human relations executive for nine years before that.
