The U.S. Chamber of Commerce asked the FCC to reconsider its localism reporting requirements. The Chamber says per the FCC's calculations, 70% of television stations and 95% of radio stations qualify
as "small businesses." As such, the regulations proposed would be harmful and onerous, and would severely impact their ability to conduct business.
