Orrville, Ohio-based J.M. Smucker is launching "Spreading Smucker's Traditions," a contest in which families share recipes June 16 and Aug. 11. The contest offers a prize of a five-day, four-night family trip for eight to the Walt Disney World Resort.

To enter, consumers are asked to share their family's original recipe that incorporates at least one-quarter cup of Smucker's jams, jellies, preserves or fruit butter and the story behind the recipe, which must have been passed down for at least two generations. The top recipes will be posted to smuckers.com/ on or about Sept. 8.

Site visitors will be given the chance to vote to help determine one grand prize winner. Each of the contest finalists featured in the online vote will receive a gift basket of Smucker's brand products.
