Mom Web sites are becoming popular among media companies.
The Wall Street Journal reports that The New York Times Co.'s
Boston Globe debuted BoMoms.com, while the Journal Communications'
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Cox Enterprises'
Dayton Daily News launched similar enterprises. Gannett is also in the act, creating Indymom.com. Gannett hopes to bring its 60 sites
together as a national network.
