HBO is adding star power to three new pilots. The first, "Treme," is a post-Katrina drama from David Simon, creator of "The Wire. "Sex and the City" executive producer Sarah Jessica Parker weighs in
with "The Washingtonienne," a D.C.-set comedy, while Martin Scorsese and Terry Winter offered a drama set in 1920s Atlantic City.
